When you hit the cap, classifications block until the next billing period or you upgrade. We'll never silently bill over the cap.
Can I change plan or cancel anytime?: Yes — Stripe Customer Portal handles upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period so you keep what you paid for.
